Orders & delivery

How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and delivered by Aramex, usually within 8–11 business days after dispatch.

How much is delivery?
Free on orders over R1000. Below that, Standard delivery is R89.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Use it on our Track My Order page.

Do you deliver outside South Africa?
Not at the moment — we deliver within South Africa only.

Payment

How can I pay?
By card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex) through Yoco at our secure Shopify checkout.

Returns

Can I return a product?
Unused products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Faulty products are covered by the Consumer Protection Act for 6 months. Email sculptcore.za@gmail.com with your order number. Full details in our refund policy.

My parcel arrived damaged. What now?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number and we'll make it right.

Products

Will the wrist & ankle strap fit me?
Yes — the hook-and-loop strap adjusts to a wide range of wrist and ankle sizes.
